Mum, the college girls want to know…
One evening, Mary’s son excitedly went to the kitchen after returning from college.
“Mum, today is the last day at law school. The girls were asking each other about virginity and hymen!“ I overheard them.
He put down his bag and sat down. “I told them they should ask my mother. She will be able to tell them straight on their faces!” Mary smiled as she cooked. He was so quiet when she cautioned him about his machine guns the last time!
“Sure! Invite them to our house! I will explain to them!” That was a decade ago.
Why don’t they learn about it in school? I know there is a chapter in their Biology book! So much about lessons about birds and the bees!
- Virginity is such a personal thing. You can’t judge anyone on it. A lot of young women feel they want to save themselves for the man who they think they’ll love forever. – Joyce Brothers.
- I lost my virginity when I was 14. And I haven’t been able to find it. – David Duchovny
- Young men would probably want to boast about losing their virginity. But they disapprove of their daughters or sisters losing it before going through the church! – Anonymous
