My neighbour came by to give a bowl of fried noodle. Mum was happy to accept
... to try her special recipe!

Mum gave a bowl of fruits in return.
"No, no, no! No need!"
"You must take! You're always so stubborn!"
They pushed and they pleaded!

... over a bowl of noodle and fruits? Shouldn't it be reciprocal? 

Owing? Owed? 

I remember once a minister said, during his announcement of his wife passing.
"If my wife owed or borrowed any money and kinds from anyone, please come and claim from me!" 
That was the first time I heard such a public request! 

Loving till the end! No owing!
